In October 1911, California women, in a statewide special election, won the right to vote. Two Bancroft Library exhibits are tied to the centennial. One focuses on prominent players, pro and con, in the suffrage campaign, and materials from the campaign. A second homes in on the status of campus women in the early 20th century.
