Law student announces candidacy for Congressional seat

Berkeley Law student Ricky Gill ’12 has announced his intention to run for U.S. Congress in California’s 11th District, which includes his native San Joaquin County. Gill, who will run as a Republican, is a former member of the California State Board of Education.
