In a big night for celebrity stalking in Berkeley, Johnny Depp appeared in Wheeler Hall Monday evening to answer questions about his new film, “The Rum Diary.” Then Depp, along with singer Tom Waits, moved down to the Shattuck Down Low. Berkeleyside reports.
